Refund Policy

Core Refund Terms

• Return Window: Eligible items can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned package, refunds will be initiated within 5-10 business days.
• Currency: All refunds are issued in USD, regardless of your original payment currency.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories intact, including tags and product manuals.
• Products with quality defects such as damage or malfunction are fully eligible for returns, even if the packaging is opened.
• Final Sale items, clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and official return address before shipping your item back.
2. Package the item securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outer packaging to ensure proper processing.
3. Ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving the RMA to maintain return eligibility.

Shipping & Refund Details

• Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping fees for items returned due to product defects or order errors. For returns initiated for personal reasons such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Processing Notes: Delays caused by third-party payment processors may extend the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account; such delays are separate from our 5-10 day processing window.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used beauty products, except for those returned due to verified quality defects
• Customized or personalized items
• Free gifts or promotional items included with your order
